The Bonding Automation Module (B.A.M.) is a
universal translation program that enables any
company to receive surety bond data
transmissions in various standard and
non-standard formats. Once the data mappings are
defined for the input and output from B.A.M.,
information can be uploaded automatically into
the company’s existing legacy system. This
completely eliminates the cost of creating a new
system to handle all of the various communiqué
needed to process a bond request. In addition to
the afore mentioned capabilities, RMT will
maintain five separate industry standards,
allowing for numerous points of entry into the
company’s existing system. The following
presentation is a conceptual overview of how
this works.
